The larger one in the photo is about 85,000 in materials The smaller one is about 65,000 in materials. That's brand new not including labor. Stuff is expensive. These are also highly capable off-grid tiny homes. The smaller one I figure I'm asking 60 grand. So a little less than 1 BTC
