At lease for US customers yes. And users from the “Send Globally” eligible countries (the Philippines, Mexico, Vietnam, some African countries etc.) can receive fiat on their mobile money account.

UK and EU users can only receive BTC and USDT, afaik.

Oh I see, I didn't read carefully enough.

Probably this would mean different licenses for Strike (Zap solution) in EU which is another legal burden.
