Look, I only know of two others.

Mastodon, where each server is like its own dictatorship.

And pubkey which I am still waiting for someone to invite me to.

So yeah it's makes sense that nostr is the fastest growing social protocol.

But probably not the fastest growing when you compare it with some of the centralised social media platforms
