It’s really frustrating being misunderstood but It’s impossible to know each others financial situation. We can just share our own knowledge and journey.

The cheapest form of health is good food, adequate sleep, and sunlight. Those are all things the first humans had and everyone can get. Issue is time.

You gotta find a way to make your time work so that you can set a trap for a deer or rabbit. Forage for root veggies like sweet potatoes, and fruits from trees that grow in nature, drink goats milk, or raw milk from a cow.

The goal is to consume the most nutritious foods you can, get plenty sleep, and sunlight. You may wanna throw in moments of gratitude as well 🌻💫🧡
