When I meditate it would be nice to soar instantly into the realms beyond without much effort. Then come back to enjoy my physical life.
So essentially you die but actually die because our silver cord remains intact.
Actually physical death this silver cord is severed.
I am contemplating on what you are saying.
My Kundalini yoga teacher has a course. I think it may be called Joy of the Infinite and the practice involved meditating on your last breath. I used to do that kriya sequence for a while. It was my death practice and connecting to the reality of the undying soul within this dying body.
Both kundalini and Kriya yoga. Yea your time here is slowly coming to an end.
You’ve been through it haha.
But what I’m referring to is actually dying but you know you come back to the body once the session is over.
Both kundalini and Kriya yoga speak of it. However, kundalini yoga ends their practice where many Sants start their practices.
