Planet Earth has plenty ot resources.

The problem is, most, Humans just are never satisfied.

There are three solutions:

Humans change

Humans go extinct

Humans will go beyond Earth, and that will only give some more time for the first two options to work out.

I can think of some exotic stuff and dream, but realistic this is it.
