From a female perspective- I love when men hold doors for me or let me get off the elevator first, but it is also not expected. It’s all good either way.

It’s so funny when we both stand there awkwardly bc I don’t want to be rude and assume I should go first but I also want to be respectful and appreciate the thought. Working in a big office building, this happens to me multiple times a day lol
