Interesting question. I’m going to consider this one for a bit.
How about how California is now paying roughly 10K a year per head to feed every student. This proposes it helps the lower income.
1. It also allows the wealthy to take that $10K & invest it for their child’s future.
2. The food suppliers become wealthier
