So are you a Calvinist or a Lutheran who reject Free Will based on the primacy of Liberty? Or are you an Athiests or Arminian that rejects Liberty based on the primacy of Free Will.
Representation of God as a man controlling every action of every human - is something which might have been common in the past for tribal societies or for younger generations, since concepts of ethics and multidimensional interconnection of all in the world is too complex to grasp for most of us.
If we assume each of us to be a node within interconnected network of the World, same as Bitcoin network connects nodes digitally, God might be visualized as the Force, driving/ governing/ uniting all these human nodes within this web of Reality.
In this regard, God is within everyone and also encompassing all. So Decentralization indeed strengthens the feeling of sovereignty within each individual, sense of responsibility for the overall Fabric of Reality, and through that brings us closer to Truth, to God.
