I don't know if it's common, but when I smoke a lot, I cease to derive enjoyment from it, instead, I find myself consumed by cravings and nothing else. I despise this feeling. That's why!
Drink a ton of water and do pillates and stretch. If you can't stay disciplined with cannabis chronic smoking is not a great. Meditation can help with this, weed is great for relaxation and healing the self when physical needs are met.
Discipline is a key word. Whenever I see its effect on my productivity, I always take breaks without thinking much. Thank you so much.
