I'm not sure what you mean by accuse, but I think that taking responsibility of you miskates are a sign of maturity. At work I'm the first to go "I made a mistake and might need help fixing it" because I hate it when the rest start pointing fingers at each other and not wanting to fix it
To accuse others for one's own misfortunes is a sign of want of education. To accuse oneself shows that one's education has begun. To accuse neither oneself nor others shows that one's education is complete.
