im going to start operating under the paradigm that contraction and stretching of every muscle group daily, is base maintenance, and not doing this is just willfully waiting for atrophy.

Three weeks of vacation I was doing that exact move to stretch my pants. Wife gave me the “what the fuck are doing” look.

Sounds like an invitation to do more leg days

Arrived in Positano and the hotel said they are 500 stairs from the port to the front door. The night club is all the way back down. Legs are getting abused. So fucking humid too.
