Please people when you start a "business" DO NOT incorporate! DO NOT DO ANY OF IT - LLC, S-CORP, 501c3, etc. You sign in with the government and then you are in their JURISDICTION and they can then do whatever they want with you.
Do everything by private agreement without incorporation!!!
