Today I visited a possible future citadel: Huge country house with lots of water, solar powered, satellite internet, 70 olive trees and plenty of fruit trees (Cherry tree, fig tree, plum tree, lemon tree, orange tree, chestnut tree, almond tree and moar) naturally growing local aromatic herbs (Rosemary, thyme, laurel). Plenty of space for growing vegetables, adding some animals and has a running rural house business on a second building.
Might go off grid soon 🫡
