What is the easiest way to add a photo from an iPhone to the banner image?
When I was still on Twitter, I could click “open image in new tab” and then use that url.
Is there a better way?

Find an image hosting website, host the image you would like on that site then copy to url to the image.
In iris, file upload gives you a link. Don't send the note, just copy the link and exit. Yep its a dirty hack.
Or you could just upload it the profile from the edit profile view

Take your private key to snort.social on Safari or the browser of your choice. Uploads from iPhone just fine.
I’ve been using snort+Getalby wallet to fix a lot of stuff. The combo initially broke a lot of stuff, and I like the feel of Damus+Wallet of Satoshi much more, but ultimately it fixes more than it breaks. I’m bringing this up because I see you’re having trouble quarrying your wallet. If you use Getalby wallet and input its LNDhub Credentials URI into snort.social’s Lightning interface the result looks exactly the same on Damus, but Iris, Amythist and whatever else the android users have will be able to tip you and it will probably get rid of whatever your problem is. I posted a full walkthrough on my profile. I’d be interested to see if it helps your problem also.
