Upload the media and link in your post. Amethyst has multiple uploading options integrated to do it inside the post. Not sure if Damus has that.

Meaning my pics won’t upload to here direct, and the video I tried said the file type wasn’t supported and also too big (10mb for a video isn’t much so don’t know how people manage)
Upload to https://nostr.build and just put the link in the message
