Sure did. I'm not an expert on nutrition, but I do think Saif has a point in very many aspects of fiat life.
He hit the nail on the head, and you might want to read a book hosted on his website called Fiay foods. If you really want to know about the depravity of the food industry, read Metabolical by R. Lustig, and if you want to know about the crimes of big pharma, just read anything from Peter Gotzsche.
