I work with TZLA Club. We've got a mad scientist working on Nicola Tesla's lost tech. We have our own version of Tesla's Plasma Healing Device and now I have one to play with. It converts electricity into plasma and we distribute it through regular CFL bulbs. I'm just doing a little experiment charging this water. The light bulb next to it is being lit by excess plasma traveling through the water. Free energy and it balances out your bodies biocircuitry.
