I spent some zaps for nostrwine and all of a sudden, I no longer had it as a paid relay.. Is it a monthly suscripton??

Nostr.wine is a one time fee. Some of our other relays are subscription based. You can check if you’re registered on our website https://nostr.wine by signing in.

My npub isn't recognized and I'm asked to pay again.. I think it's because I had to reset the computer.. Oh well.
Nostr.wine isn't recognizing my npub and wants me to pay again.. This may have to do with me needing to reset my computer a couple weeks ago..
If your npub is the same, resetting the computer won’t make any difference. If you changed your npub you will not have access.
If you want to DM me your old npub I can swap them for you.
