Lower back pain for 2 years. Every single day. MRI shows nothing of concern. Chiropractor kinda helps. Stretching kinda helps. But still in a constant state of pain.

So fucking annoying

Have you tried an inversion table or boots?

Nope neither. Inversion table sounds fun.

Do you ever find that you react to gluten in any way?

Not that I’ve ever discovered. Never gone gluten free though either.

I don’t know if this will help at all but I’ve dealt with chronic back pain for years. I found out I had a gluten allergy (celiac) which was causing severe inflammation in my back. All scans didn’t pick the inflammation up.

Currently 2 years gluten free and haven’t had any back pain. Hope this helps.

How extensive was the gluten test? Where was your back pain?

The test was 2 months of no gluten which was conducted by my family doctor. The back pain was around my lower back and up my spine a bit.

Are you overweight? Or maybe very tall? Or maybe had kidney problems? Or maybe haven't been exercising? Those are some common causes

6 foot 4. Exercise daily. Been told I have a misaligned pelvis which could be the culprit

Its out, no one will tell you it is. I'm tall and have this sometimes not for years now tho.

Hip rotate, stretch, you feel when its working. Do this a lot it will go in, clunk in on its own usually when you're doing something else. Worst case the stretching improves your back flexibility and sciatic nerve protection. Get a less comfortable work chair timber, sit with you lower back muscles activated.

Good luck PV

Thank you
