The U.S. government is clearly trying to shift the Overton window, using stablecoins as a spearhead to export fiat debt. Nearly every major stablecoin issuer is heavily exposed to Bitcoin — which will eventually serve as collateral for Treasuries.

This is psychological adaptation arbitrage. Rationally, the snowball can't be stopped.
