Why doesn't Bitrefill accept Trezor or Zeus wallets, yet it accepts Ledger and a ton of wallets I've never heard of?

Can't you just copy-paste the invoice from bitrefill to zeus and pay?
Yes, but for a debit card, a linked account would be better.
i.e. it only converts the crypto (Bitcoin) at time of purchase with any need to pre-load the card
