A big issue right now is that notes are processed twice and are still stored in memory. So there is lots of cpu and memory waste at the moment. Next step is to remove all the swift note processing code and use nostrdb for everything.

Another thing I still need to add is stats processing. When likes are received, we can store like and zap counts in nostrdb so that stats are always up to date on every note.

Or any equaling fake and corrupt social engineering which results in shooting thee wrong man, be it whacking beasting or the thing.

would other nostr clients be able to use NostrDB or is it for damus only?

Its just a library, it has nothing to do with damus. Damus just integrates it.

How can one use it? Any NiP in particular?

It will eventually implement nip01 so you can talk to it like a relay. For now its just an API
