Yes, we talked today and it was a good conversation imho. I clreared some stuff like the total monthly work time and that i still go when I don't like it. He was really cool like I would expect someone in his position would behave. He really seems to be nice and I think he does care but on the other side like he already said himself, they don't want to lose good people.
Hmm, it does sound not bad. Would you consider staying with them past September? What would have to change and would they/you be able to change it?
