I just don't see notes from anyone on that list. It's slightly confusing sometimes since I blocked someone who is a mutual follow with many people I follow, but, if something looks strange, then, I chalk it up to relays not relaying, or, in context, a person on my blocked list.
I am unsure of how Amethyst's block feature works, but I suddenly see the account in question.
I think it was a relay issue.

if you cant get on their npub, it can also be that the client ur using censored the npub
Only thing blocking somebody on Nostr does is remove their notes from your view on your client. So if they blocked you, they wouldn't see you but you would still see them.
