One question that wouldn't let me go:

What does silence look like?

I started with clouds — silence that drifts and dissolves.

Then flowers — silence that blooms and fades.

Then waves — silence beneath restless motion.

And finally silences — plural, abstract, stripped of everything but presence.

From landscape to form.

From form to field.

From question to answer.

This is what I built.
