The ignorance? The ability to think independently?

how capable people are, especially those who think independently and make better decisions overall. Is there a way to measure that?

If it's subjective, one political side will always think the other is a dumb.

Long conversations usually weed out people who know what they are talking about from those who don’t.

And at the edge of what they know, where it turns to what they don’t know, you find their character.
