i have built a simple firehose thing and hooked it up to some big open relays, and the funny thing is that about 1/3rd of the posts are garbage flooding in from mastodon (activitypub)
and an incredible number of the events that come through are profiles with rainbow flags and pronouns and neurodiverse/asd/adhd nonsense in it
but they all are from mastodon
hilarious tho... if i was running a big relay right now i'd not be accepting notes from this activitypub shit
I tried once to interact with one of those mastodon related npubs.
I wish there was a bot to reply them all "GFY" 😈
yeah, it's bad on mastodon, but bluesky is WAY worse, full of actual rabid gay sex porn freaks, i hardly even am looking at that much and i can guarantee within 100 posts going past my eyes i've seen half a dozen or more references to cum or loli or gay sex or furry
Yeah bluesky is a tire fire, but hey! If it corrals all the mental illness into their own echo chamber ala reddit you'll hear 0 complaints from me.
