My Easter mashed potatoes:

Start by roasting some garlic with olive oil and salt, 45 mins

Peel and boil potatoes, 15-20 mins

Melt a fuckload of butter

Rice the potatoes, add 1 egg yolk per lb of potatoes, fresh chives, salt and pepper to taste

Mix and serve 🤌
