Keep track of your inside-outside temp gradient now when it isn’t so hot, and optimize your ventilation before those things shut down on you. Lots of knowledgeable miners on here who would be happy to share some ventilation wisdom

ROI is not in yet but will certainly is before the next 10 years which is way better than real estate. In retrospect, would have bought now instead of the top lol. Currently I think that mining + heating business is a good oppurtunity. (to beat all the mining company that waste the heat)
