Check your O2 levels while you're sleeping. Might have some kind of apnea. Or at least respiratory blockage while unconscious.
You're probably onto something. I've been told I snore which is probably related. Is there any alternative / #peatstr treatment I should try?
I have only heard of a few things that work with varying levels of invasiveness.
1: is if you are obese losing weight can reduce obstructive apnea.
2: if it is just the shape of your jaw, there are mouth pieces that you can wear at night that keep your jaw from falling, causing obstruction.
3: central positive air pressure or "CPAP" devices can push air into your lungs at night.
4: if your neck and throat area is just too muscular or fatty, there are surgeries to sculpt this. This is generally only in extreme scenarios.
