Think my best was 30 in a row.

Last time I did push-ups I did 13. I am 36 year old woman. I wonde what the distribution is for women.

Most women I know can't do more than 3 honestly. So fantastic job I would say!

3 that is not a lot, but mamy people also are not in very good shape.

Sadly speaking true

In 50 and I try to do 100 pushups three times a week, four sets of 26 each. Haven’t tested my max. I’m working on pull-ups now, I can do six and I want to get it up to 10.

I'm 58 and manage 50 on a good day.

That's a remarkable thing to have on display by the time you reach your 50s!

I've been following Dr Jack Kruse for a while now. Sunlight makes you stronger. His pubkey is npub1afg0e05yse9qm574hgdzy4wn3jdctyry0dah545lu3m8yamj8uhs4ujuys but not very active. More active on X.
