If I was starting at 30, l'd buy #Bitcoin buy farmland, ignore 90% of the news, and build one simple business.

How would you be able to afford said bitcoin and farmland? Most 30 yr olds I know are hand to mouth..?

Find an area that's cheap to live, find work on farms.
