I am reminded by the power of belief this holiday season. Our beliefs shape our reality.

For instance, we believe we are here living on this earth in physical bodies. We believe in birth and death. However, it is only our beliefs that hold these together.

As soon as you no longer believe this world is real, that everything in front of your face is an illusion, your life will be very different and your responses to what happens in your life will be different—peaceful and without fear.
