I love the story where Google was market testing and had a group of users behind two way mirror and Google came up on the screen.

They all sat there doing nothing. After a few minutes, they asked if anyone had questions and the answer was no, we’re just waiting for it to finish loading.

They were used to Yahoo! With an endless stream of options and advertisements.

Today’s users are used to user/pass, cumbersome KYC/AML requirements for apps that touch the banking system, etc.

They will sit there and stare at Nostr apps because it won’t occur to them that it could all be that simple and work so well.
