How would post/publish/create a profile using either noscl or nostr-commander.rs (command line tools).

I created the NOSTR identity (using a BIP85 key) and I've successfully used mostr-commander.rs to send myself a DM. I don't see how to fetch any responses using either command tool, and I haven't see the public posts I've attempted.

Additionally, trying to subscribe to the npub for that account, in Damus, just says "profile not found."

How would I reconfigure Damus with this other identity?
