Im not familiar with Plebster because im not an android user. However most clients have a relay list in the settings. You already have 12. On a mobile device to many will drain the battery. And if you delete any it will erase info. Does this help

Got it. I used https://iris.to/global because they have a push option. It will send they relay list to most clients.

Ok, and i was trying to verify my profile, I made the json file but then i just put my unsername im the NIP-05 address section of the client?
