Sats are labeled 聰 in many Chinese Bitcoin software because of the name Satoshi Nakamoto (中本聰).

聰is also a homonym of 蔥 (onion)

Perhaps stacking sats can be compared to harvesting onions (don't harvest all your onions, watch your roots!)
