We are working with a salt and a passphrase here.
This data is the input for the WarpWallet key generation algorithm.
From there, you have a BIP-32 root master private key, which can be exported and restored using Sparrow Wallet or what have you.

"My passphrase is correct horse battery staple." would be a good passphrase. Just use it once, for this wallet and nothing else.
As salt "Joko", "run-away-wallet", "weekend coins", Wallet1, .. your email, .. would do the trick.
