I started this a year ago. Nettle smoothie for breakfast. I can't remember the last time I had a cold. No sore throat, no runny nose. Nothing. Eat wild herbs!

I assume they have to be young nettles, only around at a certain time of year? Or am I wrong?

They grow almost year round. I try pick them during any season. Just pick the top 4-6 leaves these are always relatively young. In autumn the seeds are full of protein.
