Obama (2008) and Trump (2024) were both favored by Gen X.

I used to not understand how folks who voted for Obama would then vote for Trump but it's a real thing.

And just to be clear: now I totally get why someone who voted for Obama (and for Bernie in the primaries) would vote for Trump now. It was my ignorance that made that confusing for me.
