software engineers are fucking retards. they build everything with the assumption that the user knows everything that they know. that the user will magically know exactly where they hid the button that needs to be pressed to make things work. 90% of the time the button won't even look like a button - the user is just supposed to magically know it's a button. you fucking rejects are physically incapable of understanding that the person using your shitty ass software is going to be NOT YOU and there is absolutely no fucking reason for them to think like you and that software has to be designed from the USER's perspective and not from yours !

for example i went to AMTRAK page to look at buying tickets. it has a table with schedules - every cell in the table has exactly the same style - but some are buttons and some are not. you're just supposed to somehow know which ones to click. the rat fuck web designer who made that page probably demonstrated to his boss that "it works" by clicking here and here and here. how anybody is supposed to know what they are supposed to click is not something the dumbfuck ever concerned himself with asking.
the fucking reject also included a "continue" button that is the only thing on the page that looks like a button. of course it can't be clicked. you need to click the correct non-buttons before the button activates and can be clicked. as far as dumbfuck is concerned you're stupid if you don't know what you're supposed to click because after all HE knows what you're supposed to click on the page he designed. that's like me choosing a number from 1 to 100 and asking you to guess it and if you guess wrong i call you stupid, since after all i know the number and you don't.

i see this kind of "design" over and over and over. it's like if somebody built a house but the door handles did not open doors, or did anything at all. instead you had to pull on a certain shelf in the freezer which activated the bathroom door, and then if you squeezed the toothpaste that opened the front door. and the idiot who designed the house would be like - what is the problem ? everything works ? you're just stupid because you don't understand how to use it !
