It's visually and operationally similar to Twitter except two main things. Bitcoin payment built in and an open infrastructure.

First, is there are microbitcoin payments built in and you can use it to "like" someone's content instead of just liking it. We call them Zaps and the icon is a small Lightning bolt. You choose how much to tip!

Second is, it's an open system, like email when anyone can build an app that users can use and interact on. There's various ones. And the byproduct of this is numerous but big ones are that there is little moderation and maximal freedom. Users are mostly cool and chill and helpful and like Bitcoin.

It's Twitter combined with an open system like email and with Zaps.
