You mean LSP (liquidity service providers) not LN nodes.
Any LN node can open private (unannounced) channels, but not all PUBLIC LN nodes allow private channels.
Here you have a list of LSPs that allow private channels.
Why none of the big Lightning nodes support Private channels? Only Olympus (from nostr:nprofile1qqsrf5h4ya83jk8u6t9jgc76h6kalz3plp9vusjpm2ygqgalqhxgp9gpzfmhxue69uhk7enxvd5xz6tw9ec82cspp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqpzpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezumrpdejqd2970s) and Blixt Wallet node seem to support it. 😐
