Thats a pretty deep statement if only I can figure out what you mean. Do you mean that the contrapositive of Occams razor is not true? So some explanation not being true does not imply that it is a complex explanation?
Meaning it is deployed when suitable to the needs of the claimant and otherwise ignored.
