My personal stash is generally limited to a pile of bazlama (a kind of bread) that I bake weekly, one pot of homemade yogurt and a maximum of 1-2 jars of pickles. There rest is fresh, ingredients to cook with. I’m a nomad, so when moving around I need to be able to fit everything I have into 1 car 😅 But fortunately, I always choose a place where there are local farms to buy things directly, or at least open-air bazaars where farmers come. Not bad. One day, if I finally settle, may build such stash. But the other cold storage of mine is not empty, doing ₿est it can 😎
