Someone earlier today was telling me that they watch videos on their phone while on FSD on city streets. On highways it's debatable, but on city streets it's far too risky. FSD v13 in an unsupervised state isn't as safe or performant as a human driver. Maybe v14 will be, but we're not there yet."

@heydave7 There are so many rare situations irl that even V14, while capable of being much safer than the average human driver, will take a few months to debug post release
