Do I have to get official for nests? Never did that.

No neeed!!! But yeah refreshing & exiting n getting back in has been the only solution for some of us or switching browsers also helps!!

I could hear when in audience. But when brought to top, I could not hear nor could I unmute or speak. No biggie..thanks for trying to help me.

For me, I tend to have issues because my phone runs out of RAM. Try closing background apps and extra processes via a memory cleaner.
