I'm done arguing with an idiot. What you are describing is not a voluntary interaction.

Only someone who produces no value for the world could possibly think that those who do should have no say in what is done with the things they produce.

You have drafted a perfect set of rules to create a world where no one makes anything.

You should have taken the L and learned from it when you don’t understand voluntary participation in society. You think you control other’s private property after it’s transferred, without prearranged contracts, if they do something you don’t like, and would rather use coercive force to “hunt them down”dictate what is done after a transaction is closed.

You don’t.

Really bad take, and by someone who should know better. Just accept you are wrong and grow.

Do you plan to use force against the people who create things? If not you must accept that producers can sell or not sell to any person at any time for any reason they choose. If you are willing to use force against the people who create things you are a violence loving totalitarian asshole.

No one is saying that you have total control forever over the things you produce. I'm saying that oshi is perpetually out of stock by selling Bitcoin only. It is his right to say he does not want shitcoin resellers buying up product that could have gone to his true Bitcoin customers instead. He has stated that preference. That makes it no longer a voluntary interaction on his part.

I’ll write it slowly cause it seems like you are having trouble — nostr:npub1uzt238htjzpq39dxmltlx60vxym9fetk9czz6kddq6fhvkf4z3usy9qtrh sold a product and received fair value for it. Oshi sold it with all available understanding of who is buying it. That is a voluntary interaction.

Just because someone later does something oshi doesn’t like doesn’t change the voluntary act. You were advocating force to “hunt them down”—completely totalitarian crap.

Sure, all available . Now that he knows more he does not want to sell to this person. The only way oshis right to only sell to customers he chooses is maintained is if the buyer is outed to oshi.

I wrote about this recently, consent obtained through a lie is not consent. The victim of the lie cannot give informed consent because you misinformed them. You fail consent class again. May all the women of nostr be warned to steer clear.

If I say I use it to lube between my butt cheeks to prevent chafing while jogging, he has every right to try to figure out which customer I am and stop selling to me in the future.

You again fail to see any perspective other than middle man or at best consumer. Go build something of value to the world. You'll see that the people who create are people with rights and autonomy too.

To the best of my knowledge those I have gifted them to have only used them as food. I only wrote that for reductio ad absurdum effect. Please don't ban me. I swear I don't even jog.

Lollll all goooood fam!

OSHI IS FOOD. EAT IT / GIFT IT AS SUCH.

You obviously are trying to backpedal your statement and change the topic to vendor rights. Of course vendors can sell to whomever he/she wants. Vendors have the right to not sell to whomever they choose.

You still advocated force and violence “hunt them down” for after-the-fact knowledge. Nice try.

In voluntary interactions, you dont get to dictate what people do once the transaction completes. Sorry for your loss.

How is oshi supposed to stop selling to a customer he doesn't want if he doesn't know which one it is?

I'm not backpedaling shit. You just have poor reading comprehension. I stand by my original position. If you know who it is or have a way to figure it out do it and give the info to oshi.

They have contacted me

Now you are just boring with your evasion of your mistake (or non-comprehension) and ad hominem attacks. Go back and read through the thread.

Bottom line: You don’t get to dictate how people act after a transaction. New corollary—you don’t have a (sovereign) right to not be lied to, whatever that is.

Glad Oshi was contacted by the seller who understood their mistake—a credit to human nature.

Truly a fucking idiot and a just plain bad person. If you lied to someone to get their consent you do not have their consent. You are just a liar.

I'm being inconsistent but you've spent 2 days telling me the reseller did nothing wrong and now say they realized their mistake.

You are blocked. Enjoy your free last word.

To err is human.

To forgive, divine.
