Nice!

A couple years ago I tried to set up some very simple habits for exercise. I try to do a lifting workout each week and an interval workout of some kind.

Simply put: lift heavy stuff once and run hard somewhere once.

I never liked lifting but I can convince myself to do it once a week for 30 minutes. Lol.

Awesome! I actually follow basically the same rhythm. I hate lifting weights but I find that consistency in my schedule helps motivate me.
